      The product I received is not what I ordered
      Kindly reach us out at our email (yhrattan@gmail.com) or Whatsapp (016-6664368) with the image of the product you received and the invoice. We shall be contacting you on the next working day.


        Why does my Fabric/PVC product's color look slightly different from the product image on the website?
        Do note that it is normal if there are minor color differences between the image of our product and the product you receive. As each batches of fabric/pvc may have a minor difference in color which can normally occur during the manufacturing process. Hence there will be no refund, return or exchange for such issues.


        My customized order is not as expected, I want a refund.

        Unfortunately there will be no refund, return or exchange on all customized orders. In order to avoid such complications from arising, please make sure all details provided are as per your request before finalizing your order.
