How do I order a Customize Product


  • For customised orders, you can send your details such as dimensions, drawings or images via email or Whatsapp. We will be responding to you on the next working day. Do keep in mind that we do not allow for refund, return or exchange for all customised orders, Hence, please do not hesitate to request any information you require, do seek further clarification on all specifications before finalising your order to avoid such complications.


  • For all customised orders, the normal lead time may take up to 4 weeks to 8 weeks. We assure that your patience is worth it. We will contact you on the next working day to confirm your purchases and also attach the estimated lead time and delivery time.


The product I received is not what I ordered


  • Kindly reach us out at our email (yhrattan@gmail.com) or whatsapp (016-6664368) with the image of the product you received and the invoice attached. We shall be contacting you on the next working day.


Why does my Fabric/PVC product's color look slightly different from the product image on the website?
Do note that it is normal if there are minor color differences between the image of our product and the product you receive. As each batches of fabric/pvc may have a minor difference in color which can normally occur during the manufacturing process. Hence there will be no refund, return or exchange for such issues.


  • As the nature of our product are handmade and made from natural rattan material, hence some minor flaws or imperfections are to be expected. YH Rattan does not provide warranties on any of its products unless it is specified.
  • The same applies to our upholstery furniture products.


How does Bank Transfers work?


  • Do note that, all "Bank Transfers" transaction requires proof of payment in order for your order to be processed.
  • "Bank Transfer" is one of the payment options at the checkout page, you are able to upload your proof of payment after you click "Place Order"
  • You are also able to upload your proof of payment at the email we sent you after you place your order.
  • Examples of Proof of payment are receipt of bank transfers, screen shot of receipt of bank transfers and etc.
